On September 14th Utah Regional Housing opened the doors to 85th North. 85th North is comprised of 74 one bedroom units of deeply affordable housing. The building was a created in partnership with Trinity Housing Development, Utah Regional Housing and Scenic View Academy.
On September 19th, 2023, Trinity Housing Development had a ground breaking ceremony for their first 55+ housing development in Nebraska, Founders Ridge Apartments located at 12925 Constitution Blvd Papillion, Nebraska. Attendees for this celebration included executives from Trinity Housing Development, Sarpy County Chamber of Commerce, the Mayor of Papillion Nebraska, Housing Foundation for Sarpy County, Congressman Flood Staff and Nebraska Investment Finance Authority (NIFA).
Trinity Housing Development LLC is very pleased to announce the closing of four new housing developments located in North Carolina, Texas, Arizona, and Oklahoma. These closings have all occurred between July and October 2022.
