Project Manager Colin O’Sullivan looks forward to beginning foundation work in the coming weeks. “Once the pads go in you really start feeling like the project is taking off.” Dirt work and geo surveying will wrap up shortly before moving on to the concrete in addition to getting infrastructure and utilities in. Hamilton Builders, LLC anticipates this project will be complete in December of 2019. Council Trails will be a 72-unit senior development featuring 12 one bedroom/one bath units, 36 two bedroom/one bath units, and 24 three bedroom/two bath units made possible by developer Four Corners Development and general contractor Hamilton Builders, LLC.
