Colin O'Sullivan Joins Murdoch Contracting As Project Manager/Job Superintendent

Murdoch Contracting, a subsidiary of "Rural Housing Developers, LLC" is very proud to announce that contracting expert, Colin O'Sullivan, has joined our team as Project Manager/Project Superintendent. Colin will handle current projects and future construction projects through our development division of Rural Housing Developers.

Colin has many years of experience with a combination of education and on-the-job training, including a degree in Architecture from Drury University and many years' experience managing all phases of large scale commercial and industrial remodels and new construction, as well as budget analysis, estimating, scheduling, cost analysis, bid analysis, general supervision, overall project coordination, and contract analysis.

Colin's project positions have included various management and superintendent responsibilities on the many projects in his portfolio. His certifications include OSHA accreditation.

Colin's responsibilities include project estimating, bid analysis, contracts, project coordination, scheduling, cost management and general supervision of construction personnel on our projects covering a two state regions of Missouri and Oklahoma.

We welcome Colin as one of our construction team leaders and a strong contributor to the Rural Housing Development's future plans to continue building new apartment communities and rehabilitating existing apartment homes and historical buildings into the fine lifestyle homes that we create for our many resident clients.
