Four Corners Development Announces Chadrick Martinez Has Joined the Team as Senior Vice-President of Development

Four Corners Development, LLC is proud to announce the exciting new addition of Chadrick Martinez as Senior Vice-President of Development. Prior to assuming his role, Mr. Martinez was Director of Real Estate Development for Housing Catalyst and was responsible for overseeing the agencies LIHTC portfolio growth where he oversaw the development, acquisition, and rehabilitation of a large development pipeline consisting of 636 units total over 142 million in complex federal, state and private financing. Mr. Martinez has also served in previous roles in affordable housing as: Executive Director of CARE Housing, Inc., Executive Director of the Gunnison County Housing Authority and Principal for Community Growth Solutions. Mr. Martinez's career has focused on understanding all elements of affordable housing development through design, financing, entitlements, construction and asset management.

Mr. Martinez holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver as well as a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wyoming. Mr. Martinez has served on numerous boards and committees for many local non-profits, as well as the City and State, including the Colorado Housing Finance Authority Tax Credit Advisory Committee, Colorado Governors Affordable Housing Task Force, Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle AHP Advisory Committee, City Climate Action Committee, and City Residential Green Code Committee. Mr. Martinez is a co-founder of the Homeless Prevention Initiative.
