Trinity Housing Development is excited to welcome Jennifer Merlo to our Trinity family.

Jennifer MerloJennifer Merlo will be General Counsel for Trinity Housing Development.

Jennifer joined Trinity after being in private practice for over 20 years, with the last 15 focused on the acquisition, development and financing of affordable housing and historic rehabilitation real estate developments, including the use of federal and state Low Income Housing Tax Credits, federal and state Historic Rehabilitation Credits, and Renewable Energy Tax Credits. Jennifer has been involved in the development of affordable housing developments in more than a dozen states.

Jennifer serves on the board for the Missouri Workforce Housing Association, and is a member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Affordable Housing and CREW-St. Louis.

Jennifer is a graduate of St. Louis University School of Law and has an LLM in taxation from Washington University School of Law. Prior to entering private practice, Jennifer clerked for the Honorable J. Craig Whitley, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
